WEDDINGS AT POETS COVE RESORT & SPA

Poets Cove is the perfect place to have your wedding ceremony, wedding reception, elopment or special event. Whether you want a large gala affair in our Seaglass Ballroom, or a small intimate ceremony on the beach or in a cottage, we have it all: glorious venue, wedding catering, wedding supplies, wedding planning.

Poets Cove can accommodate weddings of up to 125 people in the Seaglass Ballroom or wedding groups of up to 40 people may dine in the Aurora Dining Room overlooking the ocean or in a smaller Seaglass Ballroom. Outdoor receptions can be hosted on our Garden Terrace, dockside at the Marina, or perhaps you would enjoy a private pool party, with catering brought to any location. Smaller groups may choose an intimate ceremony at the Executive Cottage, on a the beach, our oceanfron lobby or terrace or perhaps at one of the picturesque churches around the Island.

Poets Cove can also cater and coordinate offsite weddings on the Pender Island, or provide a personal chef to prepare and serve dinner at one of our villas or cottages.

GROUP ACCOMMODATIONS

The villas and cottages are ideal for romantic getaways and family gatherings. Our two and three-bedroom cottages and villas offer gourmet kitchens, BBQs, private decks with ocean view, and fireplaces.

You’ll revel in the ensuite bath with soaker tub, marble shower, and heated floors. Some of our cottages also feature private outdoor hot tubs. Our Lodge rooms all boast a private balcony, fireplace, soaker tub and an ocean view of the marina and garden terrace.

WEDDING PLANNING

Poets Cove offers complete wedding planning and event coordination so you can simply relax and enjoy the time leading up to your special event. Our Sales and Events team will coordinate everything you need including photographers, florists, musicians, spa services and wedding commissioners. Our Creative Culinary and catering team will help you select the best wines and menu selections, always focusing on local and environmentally friendly foods and wines.

I didn't meet the chef and his staff, but the food was wonderful.
